🍳 Porridge with Hot Raspberries and Pistachios

Ingredients
- oats, fine 160 g
- salt pinch
- milk 800 ml
- raspberries, frozen 300 g
- sugar 3 tbsp
- water 25 ml
- honey 2 tbsp
- pistachios 50 g
Instructions
- 1. For the porridge, add the oats together with a pinch of salt to a pot and fill with milk. Cook over low to medium heat until the milk is completely absorbed. Then remove from the heat and serve in bowls.
- 2. In another pot, mix the raspberries with 25 ml of water and sugar and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Enhance the porridge with 1 tbsp of honey. Peel the pistachios and chop coarsely. Serve the porridge evenly in deep plates or bowls, top with the hot raspberries and sprinkle with the pistachios. Finally, drizzle with the remaining honey and serve. Enjoy your meal!
