🍳 Porridge with Pomegranate and Banana

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 160 g
- salt pinch
- milk 800 ml
- pomegranate 1 pc.
- bananas 4 pcs.
- walnut kernels 40 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- pumpkin seeds 40 g
Instructions
- 1. For the porridge, mix the oat flakes together with a pinch of salt in a pot with milk and simmer over low to medium heat for about 4–5 minutes until the milk is completely absorbed.
- 2. Meanwhile, halve the pomegranate and tap the shell with a spoon so that the seeds fall out. Peel the bananas and cut them into rings. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- 3. Enhance the porridge with honey, plate it in bowls, and decorate and serve with pomegranate seeds, banana slices, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy your meal!
