🍳 Porridge with Strawberries and Blueberries

Ingredients
- oats, fine 150 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- milk 500 ml
- water 300 ml
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- strawberries 500 g
- honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Toast the oats in a pot with oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they become fragrant. Then add milk and water, and simmer the porridge over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve it in bowls with the fruit.
