🍳 Porridge with Cranberries and Fresh Fruits

Ingredients
- Oats, fine 160 g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Water 300 ml
- Cranberries, dried 30 g
- Bananas 1 pc.
- Pears 1 pc.
- Mango 1 pc.
- Cinnamon pinch
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, toast the oats with a little oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Then add milk, water, and cranberries, and simmer the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Peel the banana and slice it. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core and stem, and cut into cubes. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and also cut into cubes.
- 3. Flavor the porridge with cinnamon and honey, and divide among small bowls. Garnish with the prepared fruits. Enjoy your meal!
