🍳 Oatmeal with Chia Seeds and Strawberries

Ingredients
- oats, fine 150 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- milk 500 ml
- water 300 ml
- chia seeds 50 g
- strawberries 300 g
- honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats and the oil into a pot.
- 2. Heat the pot on medium heat.
- 3. Toast the oats for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Wait until the oats smell fragrant.
- 5. Add the milk and the water to the pot.
- 6. Simmer the oatmeal for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Stir the oatmeal constantly while cooking.
- 8. Add the chia seeds to the pot after 5 minutes.
- 9. Let the chia seeds cook along with the porridge for the remaining time.
- 10. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 11. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 12. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 13. Add honey to the finished oatmeal.
- 14. Taste the oatmeal with the honey.
- 15. Fill the oatmeal into bowls.
- 16. Place the cut strawberries on top of the oatmeal.
- 17. Enjoy your meal!
