  1. 1. In a pot, toast the oats with a little oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Then add the milk and water and simmer at medium temperature, stirring constantly, for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly. Heat a pan and toast the pumpkin seeds without fat and a pinch of salt for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve in bowls. Garnish with the blueberries and pumpkin seeds, grate the white chocolate over the top, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
