  1. 1. In a pot, toast the oats with oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they become fragrant. Then add the soy milk and water, and simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and roughly grate them. Also wash the grapes and cut them in half. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
  3. 3. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve it on plates, garnished with apples and grapes. Enjoy your meal!
