🍳 Porridge with Apple and Grapes

Ingredients
- oats, fine 160 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- soy drink 500 ml
- water 300 ml
- apples, red 2 pcs
- grapes, dark 100 g
- walnut kernels 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, toast the oats with oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they become fragrant. Then add the soy milk and water, and simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 2. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and roughly grate them. Also wash the grapes and cut them in half. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- 3. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve it on plates, garnished with apples and grapes.
