🍳 Porridge Bowl

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 40 g
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- oats, fine 160 g
- milk 800 ml
- cinnamon pinch
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the almonds in the mixing container and crush them using the measuring cup for 3 seconds on speed 6, then transfer to another container.
- 2. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, and remove the core. Coarsely chop them in the mixing container using the measuring cup for 20 seconds on speed 5. Then add the oats, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar and cook for 10 minutes on speed 2 at 95 °C.
- 3. Meanwhile, wash the blueberries and let them drain. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 4. Add the honey to the porridge and mix for 20 seconds on speed 3. Serve the porridge in bowls, sprinkle with almonds, blueberries, mint, and cinnamon, and enjoy hot or lukewarm. Bon appétit!
