  1. 1. Wash the quinoa thoroughly in a sieve under hot water. Then bring it to a boil in a pot with about 1 l of salted water on high heat and then cook covered at low temperature for about 12 minutes. Then drain in a sieve.
  2. 2. Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Cut around the pomegranate, break it open, and tap the seeds out of the peel with a spoon over a bowl.
  3. 3. Mix the quinoa with yogurt and season with honey and cinnamon. Serve in bowls and garnish with kiwi, pomegranate, and hazelnuts. Enjoy your meal!
