🍽️ Porree Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Leek 2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Smoked salmon 100 g
- Pine nuts 4 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot with about 1 liter of salted water to a boil. Cut the leek lengthwise, trim the root ends, and slice into strips. Blanch in the boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Then drain into a colander and rinse under cold water.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Preheat a pan over medium heat and toast the pine nuts for about 2 minutes without fat.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper well, then vigorously stir in the oil. Toss the leek and cherry tomatoes with the dressing. Arrange the leek salad on plates and garnish with smoked salmon and pine nuts. Enjoy your meal!
