🍕 Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- water 250 ml
- dry yeast 1 packet
- sugar 1 tsp
- wheat flour, Type 405 500 g
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put water, yeast, and sugar into the mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for two minutes on level 1 at 37 degrees Celsius without inserting the measuring cup.
- 3. Add flour, olive oil, and salt.
- 4. Knead the dough for two minutes on the kneading setting until it is smooth.
- 5. Take the dough out of the bowl and shape it into a ball.
- 6. Place the dough ball into a bowl.
- 7. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
- 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour until it has doubled in size.
- 9. Knead the dough briefly after it has risen.
- 10. Continue processing the dough, for example for two baking sheets or four round pizzas with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
