  2. 2. Mix the ingredients for two minutes on level 1 at 37 degrees Celsius without inserting the measuring cup.
  3. 3. Add flour, olive oil, and salt.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for two minutes on the kneading setting until it is smooth.
  5. 5. Take the dough out of the bowl and shape it into a ball.
  6. 6. Place the dough ball into a bowl.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour until it has doubled in size.
  9. 9. Knead the dough briefly after it has risen.
  10. 10. Continue processing the dough, for example for two baking sheets or four round pizzas with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
