🍕 Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- yeast, fresh 0.5 pcs
- water 200 ml
- sugar pinch
- wheat flour, type 405 330 g
- salt pinch
- olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with sugar in lukewarm water and let it sit covered for about 10 minutes. Then add flour, salt, and oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Knead the dough briefly again, divide it into 4 equal portions, and roll them out into round pizzas.
- 3. Place the pizzas on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, top them as desired, and bake them one after the other in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
