Ingredients
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
- Herbs of Provence, dried 1 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Parmesan 50 g
- Black Forest ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, Herbs de Provence, and sugar in a bowl.
- 3. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Grate the Parmesan finely and tear the ham into small pieces.
- 5. Cut the pizza dough in half across the width and roll both halves out thinly.
- 6. Spread the prepared sauce evenly over one half of the dough.
- 7. Distribute the ham pieces and Parmesan evenly on top.
- 8. Place the second dough half on top and press the edges firmly to seal.
- 9. Cut the pastry into strips approximately 2 centimeters wide.
- 10. Twist each strip four to five times along its length.
- 11. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 12. Bake the sticks in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Carefully remove the sticks from the oven and serve them lukewarm or cooled.
