🍕 Feta and Olive Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Olives, green 100 g
- Pine nuts 2 tbsp
- feta 200 g
- Mozzarella 2 pcs.
- Oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Salt pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 3. Finely grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 4. Drain the olives well.
- 5. Chop the olives finely.
- 6. Chop the pine nuts finely as well.
- 7. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- 8. Shred the mozzarella into small strands.
- 9. Place the olives, pine nuts, feta, and mozzarella into a bowl.
- 10. Add the grated lemon zest to the filling.
- 11. Season the mixture with oregano.
- 12. Add pepper.
- 13. Salt the filling to taste.
- 14. Mix all filling ingredients thoroughly.
- 15. Roll out the pizza dough flat.
- 16. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- 17. Leave about four centimeters empty at the top long edge.
- 18. Roll the dough up tightly starting from the long side.
- 19. Cut the dough roll into pieces about four centimeters thick.
- 20. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 21. Place the dough pieces on the tray with some space between them.
- 22. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 23. Remove them when they are golden brown.
- 24. Serve the pizza rolls warm or cold.
