  3. 3. Add quark, eggs, and a pinch of salt to the cheese. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 4 until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Empty the mixing container and clean it thoroughly. Then dry it.
  5. 5. Spread the dough rectangularly onto the prepared baking tray.
  6. 6. Bake the dough for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
  7. 7. Place 80 grams of Gouda in large pieces into the clean mixing container. Chop the cheese for 5 seconds on speed 8.
  8. 8. Empty the container and put the grated cheese pieces into a bowl.
  9. 9. Peel an onion and cut it in half. Put the halves into the mixing container.
  10. 10. Chop the onion for 2 seconds using the turbo function.
  11. 11. Empty the container and put the chopped onion into a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Slice the olives.
  13. 13. Wash the arugula and shake it dry.
  14. 14. Cut the arugula crosswise into pieces about 5 centimeters long.
  15. 15. Cut the ham into large pieces.
  16. 16. Put tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano into the mixing container.
  17. 17. Mix the tomatoes for 10 seconds on speed 3 to make a sauce.
