🍕 Low-Carb Pizza Roll

Ingredients
- Gouda, young, in one piece 190 g
- Quark, skimmed 160 g
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Olives, black 4 tbsp
- Arugula 30 g
- Parma ham 60 g
- Tomatoes, chopped 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oregano, dried pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2. Place 110 grams of Gouda in large pieces into the mixing container. Chop the cheese for 5 seconds on speed 8. Ensure the measuring cup is inserted.
- 3. Add quark, eggs, and a pinch of salt to the cheese. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 4 until a dough forms.
- 4. Empty the mixing container and clean it thoroughly. Then dry it.
- 5. Spread the dough rectangularly onto the prepared baking tray.
- 6. Bake the dough for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
- 7. Place 80 grams of Gouda in large pieces into the clean mixing container. Chop the cheese for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 8. Empty the container and put the grated cheese pieces into a bowl.
- 9. Peel an onion and cut it in half. Put the halves into the mixing container.
- 10. Chop the onion for 2 seconds using the turbo function.
- 11. Empty the container and put the chopped onion into a separate bowl.
- 12. Slice the olives.
- 13. Wash the arugula and shake it dry.
- 14. Cut the arugula crosswise into pieces about 5 centimeters long.
- 15. Cut the ham into large pieces.
- 16. Put tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano into the mixing container.
- 17. Mix the tomatoes for 10 seconds on speed 3 to make a sauce.
- 18. Take the pre-baked dough out of the oven.
- 19. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 20. Distribute the chopped onions, grated cheese, and olives over the dough.
- 21. Bake the topped roll for another 15 minutes in the oven.
- 22. Take the roll out of the oven and top it with the arugula and the ham.
- 23. Roll the pizza tightly.
- 24. Cut the roll into 5 centimeter long pieces.
