  2. 2. Take out the pizza dough and roll it out flat.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
  4. 4. Cut each piece diagonally so that you end up with a total of eight long triangles.
  5. 5. Place the olives in a sieve and let them drain well.
  6. 6. Then chop the olives finely.
  7. 7. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  8. 8. Halve the bell peppers and remove the stem and seeds.
  9. 9. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each dough triangle.
  11. 11. Distribute the chopped olives, salami, pepper cubes, and cheese over the sauce.
  12. 12. Roll each triangle from the wide base to the pointed tip.
  13. 13. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  14. 14. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
