🍕 Crispy Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc
- olives, green 100 g
- bell pepper, red 1 pc
- salami sliced meat 100 g
- Gouda, grated 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take out the pizza dough and roll it out flat.
- 3. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
- 4. Cut each piece diagonally so that you end up with a total of eight long triangles.
- 5. Place the olives in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 6. Then chop the olives finely.
- 7. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 8. Halve the bell peppers and remove the stem and seeds.
- 9. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 10. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each dough triangle.
- 11. Distribute the chopped olives, salami, pepper cubes, and cheese over the sauce.
- 12. Roll each triangle from the wide base to the pointed tip.
- 13. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 14. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 15. Carefully take the finished pizza rolls out of the oven.
- 16. Serve them immediately while hot or lukewarm.
- 17. Tip: You can freeze the unbaked rolls.
- 18. To do this, place them on a board after rolling and freeze them.
- 19. To bake, place the frozen rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 20. Bake them in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
