  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Take the pizza dough out of the fridge and let it warm up to room temperature for a short while.
  3. 3. Drain the olives in a sieve.
  4. 4. Chop the olives coarsely.
  5. 5. Wash the basil under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the basil dry.
  7. 7. Remove the thick stems from the basil.
  8. 8. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  9. 9. Put the olives, the basil, the Parmesan, and four tablespoons of olive oil into a tall container.
  10. 10. Blend the ingredients into a smooth mass.
  11. 11. Season the pesto with salt at the end.
  12. 12. Dry the mozzarella with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Tear the mozzarella into coarse pieces.
  14. 14. Roll out the pizza dough together with the baking paper.
  15. 15. Spread the olive pesto evenly over the dough.
  16. 16. Top the dough with the mozzarella pieces.
  17. 17. Season the roll with pepper.
  18. 18. Grease a cake or springform pan with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  19. 19. Roll the dough starting from one long side.
  20. 20. Cut the roll into pieces about five centimeters wide.
  21. 21. Place the rolls in the prepared pan with some space between them.
  22. 22. Drizzle the rolls with a little olive oil.
  23. 23. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  24. 24. Take the rolls out when they are golden yellow.
  25. 25. Let the rolls cool down for a short while.
  26. 26. Serve the pizza bread rolls warm.
