  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan). Cut the onion in half, peel it, and dice it. Wash the pepper, halve it, remove the stem and seeds, and dice it as well.
  2. 2. Put the ham, peppers, and onion in a bowl. Add crème fraîche, grated Gouda, salt, pepper, and herbs of Provence, and mix everything well.
  3. 3. Cut the rolls in half and spread 2 tbsp of the pizza mixture on each half. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve the pizza rolls. Enjoy your meal!
