🍕 Pizza Rolls with Ham and Peppers

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- peppers, red 1 pc.
- ham cubes 250 g
- crème fraîche 200 g
- Gouda, grated 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- herbs of Provence, dried pinch
- rolls to bake 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan). Cut the onion in half, peel it, and dice it. Wash the pepper, halve it, remove the stem and seeds, and dice it as well.
- 2. Put the ham, peppers, and onion in a bowl. Add crème fraîche, grated Gouda, salt, pepper, and herbs of Provence, and mix everything well.
- 3. Cut the rolls in half and spread 2 tbsp of the pizza mixture on each half. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve the pizza rolls. Enjoy your meal!
