🍕 Crispy Pizza Rolls with Smoked Tofu and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- red onions 1 pc.
- red bell pepper 1 pc.
- smoked tofu 175 g
- Vemondo Vegan Cream 200 g
- Vemondo Grating Delight 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- herbs of Provence, dried pinch
- roll-in buns 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Cut the onion in half and peel off the skin.
- 3. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the stem and seeds.
- 6. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 7. Slice the smoked tofu into thin slices.
- 8. Cut the tofu slices into thin strips.
- 9. Place the tofu, bell pepper, and onions into a large bowl.
- 10. Add crème fraîche, grated cheese alternative, salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs.
- 11. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 12. Cut the rolls in half horizontally.
- 13. Spread two tablespoons of the tofu and pepper mixture onto each roll half.
- 14. Place the topped rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 15. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Remove the pizza rolls from the oven and serve them warm.
