🍕 Pizza with Four Different Toppings

Ingredients
- mushrooms, white 100 g
- artichoke hearts 50 g
- olives, green 50 g
- mozzarella 1 pc.
- tuna in its own juice 75 g
- corn from the can 2 tbsp
- onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- cooked ham 4 slices
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- Gouda, grated 400 g
- basil, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Use top and bottom heat.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and slice them.
- 3. Let the artichokes, olives, mozzarella, tuna, and corn drain well.
- 4. Slice the mozzarella as well.
- 5. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into thin strips.
- 6. Cut the ham into strips as well.
- 7. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 8. Unroll the dough with the paper onto the baking sheet.
- 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 10. Mentally divide the pizza into four equal quarters.
- 11. Top the first quarter with the sliced mozzarella.
- 12. Top the second quarter with half of the onions, the corn, and the mushrooms.
- 13. Top the third quarter with the remaining onions, the olives, and the tuna.
- 14. Top the fourth quarter with the artichokes and the ham.
- 15. Sprinkle Gouda cheese over the entire pizza.
- 16. Place the pizza on the bottom rack of the oven.
- 17. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
- 18. Swap the position of the pizza after about 7 minutes to ensure even baking.
- 19. Wash the basil under cold water.
- 20. Shake the basil dry.
- 21. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 22. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
- 23. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves over it.
- 24. Serve the pizza immediately and enjoy.
