  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough.
  3. 3. Cut the dough into small squares with a side length of 5 centimeters.
  4. 4. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. 5. Bake the dough pieces for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Halve the onion and peel it.
  7. 7. Cut the onion into thin strips.
  8. 8. Drain the tuna from the can.
  9. 9. Break up the tuna into small pieces with a fork.
  10. 10. Turn on the raclette grill and let it heat up.
  11. 11. Take a raclette pan.
  12. 12. Place a piece of the pre-baked pizza dough in the pan.
  13. 13. Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce over the dough.
  14. 14. Distribute the tuna evenly on top.
  15. 15. Add the sliced onions.
  16. 16. Top everything with Gouda cheese.
  17. 17. Bake the pizza raclette for about 10 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the pans when the cheese is melted and golden brown.
