🍕 Tuna Pizza Raclette

Ingredients
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- tuna in its own juice 200 g
- Gouda, grated 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Roll out the pizza dough.
- 3. Cut the dough into small squares with a side length of 5 centimeters.
- 4. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 5. Bake the dough pieces for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 7. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 8. Drain the tuna from the can.
- 9. Break up the tuna into small pieces with a fork.
- 10. Turn on the raclette grill and let it heat up.
- 11. Take a raclette pan.
- 12. Place a piece of the pre-baked pizza dough in the pan.
- 13. Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce over the dough.
- 14. Distribute the tuna evenly on top.
- 15. Add the sliced onions.
- 16. Top everything with Gouda cheese.
- 17. Bake the pizza raclette for about 10 minutes.
- 18. Remove the pans when the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- 19. Season the dish to your taste.
- 20. Serve the pizza raclette immediately and enjoy.
