🍕 Mini Raclette Pizzas with Olives

Ingredients
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- olives, black 100 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
- parmesan, grated 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Roll out the pizza dough.
- 3. Cut the dough into 5 by 5 centimeter squares.
- 4. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 5. Bake the dough bases for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Slice the olives into rings.
- 7. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 8. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 9. Preheat the raclette grill.
- 10. Place a pre-baked dough base into a raclette pan.
- 11. Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce over the dough.
- 12. Distribute the olive rings over the sauce.
- 13. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the pizza.
- 14. Broil the raclette pizza for about 7 minutes.
- 15. Remove the pans when the surface is golden brown.
- 16. Serve the pizzas topped with the fresh basil leaves.
