  3. 3. Cut the dough into 5 by 5 centimeter squares.
  4. 4. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. 5. Bake the dough bases for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Slice the olives into rings.
  7. 7. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  8. 8. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Preheat the raclette grill.
  10. 10. Place a pre-baked dough base into a raclette pan.
  11. 11. Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce over the dough.
  12. 12. Distribute the olive rings over the sauce.
  13. 13. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the pizza.
  14. 14. Broil the raclette pizza for about 7 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the pans when the surface is golden brown.
