🍕 Crispy Pizza with Ham and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- mushrooms, brown 250 g
- mozzarella 4 pcs.
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- prosciutto cotto 200 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 220 degrees Celsius. Use the top and bottom heat function.
- 2. Take the mushrooms and clean them carefully with a kitchen towel if they are dirty.
- 3. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 4. Take the mozzarella and tear it into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 5. Take the pizza doughs and roll them out flat.
- 6. Divide each dough into two equal halves.
- 7. Shape the dough halves to be slightly round.
- 8. Cut the dough pieces into a desired shape if you wish.
- 9. Place the prepared dough pieces on a sheet of baking paper.
- 10. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 11. Top the dough with slices of prosciutto (cured ham).
- 12. Distribute the sliced mushrooms evenly over the ham.
- 13. Sprinkle the mozzarella pieces over the pizza.
- 14. Place the topped pizzas on a baking tray.
- 15. Place the baking tray on the lowest rack in the preheated oven.
- 16. Bake the pizzas one after the other for about 15 minutes.
- 17. Wash the fresh basil under cold water.
- 18. Shake the basil dry so that no drops remain on it.
- 19. Carefully pluck the green leaves from the stems.
- 20. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the finished pizza.
- 21. Serve the pizza immediately and enjoy your meal.
- 22. Tip: You can also bake two pizzas at the same time.
- 23. Swap the trays after half the baking time so that both pizzas become evenly crispy.
