  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core and seeds, and cut it into cubes. Clean the mushrooms if necessary with kitchen paper and slice them.
  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with tomato sauce. Top it with ham, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and sprinkle cheese over it. Roll the pizza from the long side and cut the pizza log into 12 pieces.
  3. 3. Distribute the pizza pieces into a greased muffin tin and bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve the pizza muffins lukewarm or cold. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Be creative with the filling of the pizza muffins. You can also use salami, spinach, mozzarella, or the ingredients of your favorite pizza.
