  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Set it to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Cut the onions in half and peel off the skin.
  3. 3. Roughly dice half of the onions.
  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the stems.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Roughly dice the bell peppers.
  8. 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  9. 9. Fry the onion cubes for 1 to 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the diced bell peppers and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the pot.
  11. 11. Continue frying the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Cover the pot.
  13. 13. Steam the peppers until soft for about 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Add half of the sour cream to the sauce.
  15. 15. Blend the sauce until smooth.
  16. 16. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little sugar.
  17. 17. Cut the remaining onion into thin strips.
  18. 18. Wash the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Quarter the tomatoes lengthwise.
  20. 20. Rinse the nectarine.
  21. 21. Cut the nectarine in half.
  22. 22. Remove the pit from the nectarine.
  23. 23. Cut each nectarine half into 8 wedges.
  24. 24. Place the onion strips, tomatoes, and nectarine in a bowl.
  25. 25. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 to 2 pinches of salt.
  26. 26. Mix the fruit and vegetables well.
  27. 27. Place the pizza dough on baking paper.
  28. 28. Roll out the dough on the baking sheets.
  29. 29. Spread the bell pepper sauce evenly over the dough.
  30. 30. Leave a border of about 1 cm free.
  31. 31. Top the pizza with the onion strips.
  32. 32. Distribute the tomatoes on the pizza.
  33. 33. Place the nectarine wedges on top.
  34. 34. Distribute the remaining sour cream in small portions on the pizza.
  35. 35. Place the pizza on the oven floor or the lowest rack.
  36. 36. Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes.
  37. 37. Bake until crispy and golden brown.
  38. 38. Wash the arugula.
  39. 39. Spin the arugula dry.
  40. 40. Add the arugula to the same bowl as the fruit.
  41. 41. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  42. 42. Mix the salad.
  43. 43. Take the pizza out of the oven.
  44. 44. Garnish the pizza with the arugula salad.
  45. 45. Serve the pizza.
