🍕 Pizza with Chorizo and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- bell pepper, red 1 pc.
- bell pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- chorizo 125 g
- Gouda, grated 250 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the stem and seeds, and slice them into thin strips.
- 2. Roll out the pizza dough with baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce on top. Top the pizza with bell peppers and chorizo as desired and sprinkle with Gouda. Bake the pizza for about 14–16 minutes in the lower and middle part of the oven. After about 7 minutes, swap the baking sheets.
- 3. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Remove the pizza from the oven, slice it into pieces, and serve garnished with basil.
