  4. 4. Cut the dry mozzarella into cubes as well.
  5. 5. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the diced garlic for about one minute.
  7. 7. Stir the honey into the pan.
  8. 8. Add the tomato sauce.
  9. 9. Remove the pot from the heat and set it aside.
  10. 10. Place the pizza doughs on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  11. 11. Roll out the doughs into flat pizzas.
  12. 12. Coat the dough bases evenly with the prepared tomato sauce.
  13. 13. Distribute the mozzarella cubes evenly over the pizzas.
  14. 14. Place the trays in the lower and middle sections of the oven.
  15. 15. Bake the pizzas for a total of about 15 minutes.
  16. 16. Swap the positions of the baking trays after about seven minutes.
  17. 17. Wash the pot thoroughly.
  18. 18. Peel the onions, but leave the root ends intact.

  30. 30. Remove the finished pizzas from the oven.

  32. 32. Distribute the seasoned arugula over the pizzas.
