🍕 Vegetable Feta Pizza with Fresh Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc
- Mushrooms, white 250 g
- Onions, red 1 pc
- Zucchini 1 pc
- Bell pepper 1 pc
- Tomatoes, pureed 400 g
- Sugar Pinch
- Salt Pinch
- Oregano, dried Pinch
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Shepherd's cheese 250 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Vine tomatoes 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and roll it out.
- 3. Wipe the mushrooms with a cloth and cut them into quarters.
- 4. Halve the onions, peel them, and slice them into thin strips.
- 5. Wash the zucchini and peppers thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the seeds and stems from the vegetables.
- 7. Cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes of about 1 cm.
- 8. Mix pureed tomatoes with sugar, salt, and oregano in a bowl.
- 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- 10. Add the remaining mushrooms and the cut vegetables to the bowl with the sauce.
- 11. Add some oregano, 3 tablespoons of oil, and salt.
- 12. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
- 13. Distribute the vegetables evenly over the pizza.
- 14. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your hands.
- 15. Sprinkle the feta over the pizza.
- 16. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 17. Empty the bowl in which the vegetables were marinated.
- 18. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 19. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 20. Chop the basil leaves roughly.
- 21. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water in the empty bowl.
- 22. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 23. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems.
- 24. Cut the tomatoes into pieces of about 1 cm.
- 25. Add the tomato pieces and the chopped basil to the dressing.
- 26. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
- 27. Cut the pizza into the desired shape.
- 28. Plate the pizza.
- 29. Serve the pizza together with the tomato salad.
