  2. 2. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and roll it out.
  3. 3. Wipe the mushrooms with a cloth and cut them into quarters.
  4. 4. Halve the onions, peel them, and slice them into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini and peppers thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and stems from the vegetables.
  7. 7. Cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes of about 1 cm.
  8. 8. Mix pureed tomatoes with sugar, salt, and oregano in a bowl.
  9. 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  10. 10. Add the remaining mushrooms and the cut vegetables to the bowl with the sauce.
  11. 11. Add some oregano, 3 tablespoons of oil, and salt.
  12. 12. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
  13. 13. Distribute the vegetables evenly over the pizza.
  14. 14. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your hands.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the feta over the pizza.
  16. 16. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  17. 17. Empty the bowl in which the vegetables were marinated.
  18. 18. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  19. 19. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  20. 20. Chop the basil leaves roughly.
  21. 21. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water in the empty bowl.

  24. 24. Cut the tomatoes into pieces of about 1 cm.
  25. 25. Add the tomato pieces and the chopped basil to the dressing.
