  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200° C (fan).
  2. 2. Wash the carrots and zucchini thoroughly. Peel the carrots. Cut off the ends of the zucchini and carrots, then slice them into thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
  3. 3. Halve the onions, peel, and slice them into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the onion rings, carrot and zucchini strips with oil, herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Roll out the pizza dough on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and spread crème fraîche almost to the edge. The tomato sauce can be used elsewhere. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the marinated vegetables over the dough.
  5. 5. Crumble the feta over the vegetables and bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for about 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Swap the baking sheets halfway through.
  6. 6. Heat a pan over medium heat and caramelize the sunflower seeds with sugar for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the vegetable pizza from the oven and cut it into pieces. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with caramelized sunflower seeds. Enjoy your meal!
