  2. 2. Place a baking sheet directly into the oven to heat up along with it.
  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes.
  4. 4. Slice the washed cherry tomatoes into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water.
  6. 6. Gently dry the basil, for example using a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Carefully pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
  9. 9. Finely chop the garlic.
  10. 10. Take a large bowl and add the chopped garlic to it.
  11. 11. Add crème fraîche to the bowl with the garlic.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with some black pepper.
  13. 13. Mix the garlic, crème fraîche, and pepper together well.
  14. 14. Lay the pizza doughs flat on a sheet of baking paper.
  15. 15. Spread the prepared crème fraîche mixture evenly over the pizza doughs.
  16. 16. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the coated pizza doughs.
  17. 17. Crumble the feta cheese by hand over the topped pizzas.
  18. 18. Distribute the fresh basil leaves evenly over the pizzas.
  19. 19. Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven.
  20. 20. Lift one topped pizza along with the baking paper from its surface.
  21. 21. Carefully slide the pizza with the baking paper onto the hot sheet.
  22. 22. Slide the lowest rack into the oven.

  25. 25. Drizzle some olive oil over the hot pizza.
