🍕 Crispy Bianca Pizza with Feta and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes mix 400 g
- Basil, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- Sour cream 300 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- Feta 400 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 240 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place a baking sheet directly into the oven to heat up along with it.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Slice the washed cherry tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 5. Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water.
- 6. Gently dry the basil, for example using a kitchen towel.
- 7. Carefully pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
- 9. Finely chop the garlic.
- 10. Take a large bowl and add the chopped garlic to it.
- 11. Add crème fraîche to the bowl with the garlic.
- 12. Season the mixture with some black pepper.
- 13. Mix the garlic, crème fraîche, and pepper together well.
- 14. Lay the pizza doughs flat on a sheet of baking paper.
- 15. Spread the prepared crème fraîche mixture evenly over the pizza doughs.
- 16. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the coated pizza doughs.
- 17. Crumble the feta cheese by hand over the topped pizzas.
- 18. Distribute the fresh basil leaves evenly over the pizzas.
- 19. Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven.
- 20. Lift one topped pizza along with the baking paper from its surface.
- 21. Carefully slide the pizza with the baking paper onto the hot sheet.
- 22. Slide the lowest rack into the oven.
- 23. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
- 24. Carefully take the finished pizza out of the oven.
- 25. Drizzle some olive oil over the hot pizza.
- 26. Cut the pizza into bite-sized pieces.
- 27. Serve the Bianca pizza immediately and enjoy your meal.
