  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Cut the onions in half and peel off the skin.
  3. 3. Slice half of the onions into thin strips.
  4. 4. Dice the remaining half of the onions into small cubes.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot over medium to high heat.
  7. 7. Sauté the onion cubes and garlic for about 2 minutes until they become soft and translucent.
  8. 8. Deglaze the pot with pureed tomatoes and wine.
  9. 9. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Place the tuna in a colander and let it drain well.
  12. 12. Pat the mozzarella dry with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces.
  14. 14. Drain the olives.
  15. 15. Cut the olives in half.
  16. 16. Place the pizza bases on baking sheets.
  17. 17. Spread the prepared sauce thinly over the pizzas.
  18. 18. Distribute the mozzarella evenly over the pizzas.
  19. 19. Place the tuna, olives, and onion rings on top of the pizzas.
  20. 20. Bake the pizzas one after the other for about 15 minutes in the oven.
