Ingredients
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Pineapple pieces from the can 150 g
- Brown sugar 2 tsp
- Coconut milk 40 ml
- Whipping cream 20 ml
- White rum 60 ml
- Ice cubes 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. In a tall container or a blender, puree the pineapple together with the lemon juice. Then add the sugar, coconut milk, cream, rum, and ice cubes, and mix everything well.
- 2. Fill the Pina Colada into glasses and decorate with pineapple pieces if desired. Cheers!
