🍽️ Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi Skillet

Ingredients
- mushrooms, white 500 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- basil, fresh 20 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- white wine, dry 100 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- gnocchi, fresh 800 g
- parmesan, grated 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and slice them.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Rinse the basil, pat it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 5. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
- 6. Sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Add the onions and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 8. Deglaze the pan with white wine.
- 9. Season the sauce and bring it to a brief boil.
- 10. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 11. Cook the gnocchi in the bubbling water for about 3 minutes, until they float to the surface.
- 12. Drain the gnocchi and add them to the skillet with the mushroom sauce.
- 13. Mix everything well and plate the dish.
- 14. Garnish the dish with fresh basil and grated parmesan.
