🍽️ Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients
- ciabatta bread 2 pcs.
- olives, black 100 g
- mushrooms, white 200 g
- parmesan 25 g
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Cut the ciabatta into slices about 2 cm thick, place them on an oven rack and roast them in the oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- 2. Meanwhile, drain the olives and chop them finely. Wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen cloth if necessary and cut them into small pieces. Grate the parmesan finely.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the mushrooms in it. In a bowl, mix the olives, the mushrooms and 2/3 of the parmesan and season with pepper.
- 4. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub the cut surfaces on the bread slices, then drizzle them with olive oil. Distribute the mushroom mixture on the bread slices, sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top and serve the mushroom bruschetta. Enjoy your meal!
