  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Mix 1 teaspoon of lime juice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  5. 5. Rub the chicken meat with this marinade.
  6. 6. Set the meat aside to marinate.
  7. 7. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
  9. 9. Lightly salt the slices.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 90 degrees Celsius (convection mode).
  11. 11. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  12. 12. Fry the sweet potato slices in it for about 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Turn the slices until they are golden brown on both sides.
  14. 14. Wrap the fried slices in aluminum foil.
  15. 15. Place the foil packets in the oven to keep them warm.
  16. 16. Clean the frying pan thoroughly.
  17. 17. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan over high heat.
  18. 18. Fry the chicken meat for about 4 minutes on all sides.
  19. 19. Wrap the browned meat in aluminum foil as well.
  20. 20. Place the meat in the oven for 10 minutes.
  21. 21. Remove the meat and let it rest.
  22. 22. Bring about 2 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  23. 23. Peel the kohlrabi in the meantime.
  24. 24. Remove any woody parts from the kohlrabi.
  25. 25. Cut the kohlrabi into wedges.
  26. 26. Halve the wedges crosswise.
  27. 27. Cook the kohlrabi pieces in the boiling salted water for 7 minutes.
  28. 28. The cooking time should be such that the kohlrabi is still al dente (firm to the bite).
  29. 29. Mix 1 teaspoon of lime juice with 1 teaspoon of honey in the prepared bowl.
  30. 30. Add a pinch of salt.
  31. 31. Stir 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the mixture.
  32. 32. Drain the kohlrabi.
  33. 33. Add the hot kohlrabi directly to the bowl with the marinade.
  34. 34. Mix the kohlrabi well with the lime marinade.
  35. 35. Let the vegetables marinate for 5 minutes.
  36. 36. Wash the snow peas.
  37. 37. Shake the snow peas dry.
  38. 38. Cut the snow peas lengthwise into thin strips.
  39. 39. Add the snow pea strips to the kohlrabi.
  40. 40. Rinse the coriander.
  41. 41. Shake the coriander dry.
  42. 42. Roughly pick the coriander leaves off the stems.
  43. 43. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  44. 44. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped coriander.
  45. 45. Add the remaining lime juice to the dip.
  46. 46. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  47. 47. Plate the chicken.
  48. 48. Serve the chicken together with the coriander dip.
  49. 49. Add the marinated kohlrabi vegetables.
