  1. 1. Prepare 700 ml coffee in a coffee machine. Alternatively, you can also prepare the coffee in a pot and then filter it through a sieve.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, warm 4 cups or heatproof glasses with hot water. In a tall container, beat the cream stiff with a hand mixer.
  3. 3. Pour out the water from the cups or glasses, add 2 cl rum and 2 tsp sugar to each, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the coffee, place the cream on top as a cap, and dust everything with cocoa. Serve immediately. Cheers!
