  2. 2. Pit the plums and remove the stones.
  3. 3. Place the pitted plums into the mixing container.
  4. 4. Add the sugar.
  5. 5. Add the cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon powder.
  6. 6. Add the vanilla sugar.
  7. 7. Chop the mixture for 20 seconds on speed 8.
  8. 8. Add the water to the plum mixture.
  9. 9. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2.
  10. 10. Add the grain alcohol (vodka or neutral spirit).
  11. 11. Mix the liqueur for 1 minute on speed 2.
  12. 12. Rinse two bottles (each with a capacity of 500 milliliters) with hot water.
  13. 13. Strain the plum mixture through a fine sieve.
  14. 14. Pour the strained liqueur immediately into the prepared bottles.
  15. 15. Seal the bottles tightly immediately.
  16. 16. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
