🥤 Homemade Plum and Cinnamon Liqueur

Ingredients
- plums 800 g
- sugar 200 g
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- water 400 ml
- grain alcohol 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums thoroughly.
- 2. Pit the plums and remove the stones.
- 3. Place the pitted plums into the mixing container.
- 4. Add the sugar.
- 5. Add the cinnamon sticks or ground cinnamon powder.
- 6. Add the vanilla sugar.
- 7. Chop the mixture for 20 seconds on speed 8.
- 8. Add the water to the plum mixture.
- 9. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2.
- 10. Add the grain alcohol (vodka or neutral spirit).
- 11. Mix the liqueur for 1 minute on speed 2.
- 12. Rinse two bottles (each with a capacity of 500 milliliters) with hot water.
- 13. Strain the plum mixture through a fine sieve.
- 14. Pour the strained liqueur immediately into the prepared bottles.
- 15. Seal the bottles tightly immediately.
- 16. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
