  9. 9. Let the pressed potatoes cool down.
  10. 10. Separate the eggs.
  11. 11. Use the egg whites for something else.
  12. 12. Place the cooled potatoes in a bowl.
  13. 13. Add flour, starch, sugar, vanilla sugar, and 2 egg yolks.
  14. 14. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  15. 15. Rinse the plums thoroughly.
  16. 16. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
  17. 17. Season the water with salt and sugar.
