  1. 1. Wash the plums thoroughly, halve them, and remove the pits. Then roughly cube the plums and bring them to a boil in a pot with apple juice and cane sugar. Cook until tender over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly, puree, and pass through a sieve.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment. Slowly sprinkle in the powdered sugar.
  3. 3. Gently fold the cooled plum puree into the cream and fill the plum cream dessert into 4 glasses. Store in the refrigerator until serving. Enjoy your meal!
