  6. 6. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  7. 7. Wash the plums under running water.
  8. 8. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  9. 9. Cut the plum halves into wedges.
  10. 10. Place the plum wedges into a bowl.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the plums with 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.
  12. 12. Let the plums sit with the spices for a short time.
  13. 13. Put 150 grams of flour and 100 grams of sugar into the food processor bowl.
