🍽️ Plum-Cashew Energy Bites

Ingredients
- Cashew nuts 200 g
- Plums 150 g
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pan, roast the cashew nuts without fat for about 3–4 minutes. Then place them on a plate and let them cool down a bit. Finely chop 3–4 tablespoons of the roasted cashews and set aside.
- 2. Wash the plums, halve them, remove the pits, and chop them into coarse cubes. In a tall container, puree the plums together with the whole cashew nuts until a sticky and fine-crumbly mass forms; add 1–2 tablespoons of cold water if needed.
- 3. Wash the orange and finely grate the peel. Season the plum-cashew mixture with cinnamon and the orange zest, then form 20 small balls. Roll these in the chopped cashew nuts and serve. Enjoy your meal!
