🍰 Juicy Plum Brioche Bake

Ingredients
- Plums 400 g
- Brioche loaf 1 pcs
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Whipping cream 100 g
- Milk 100 ml
- Brown sugar 30 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Thoroughly rinse the plums.
- 3. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
- 4. Slice the brioche.
- 5. Warm the butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat for about two minutes.
- 6. Brush the brioche slices with the warm butter and honey mixture.
- 7. Whisk the eggs, cream, milk, and sugar together well in a bowl.
- 8. Grease a baking dish.
- 9. Arrange the brioche slices and plums in overlapping layers in the dish.
- 10. Pour the egg and cream mixture evenly over the bake.
- 11. Bake the bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- 12. Serve the plum brioche bake lukewarm or cold.
