  1. 1. Wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the stones. Wash the pears, peel them, quarter them, and remove the core and stem.
  2. 2. In the blender, puree the plums with the pears and sunflower seeds for 30 seconds on speed 8.
  3. 3. Add the honey and apple juice, and blend everything for 1 minute on speed 10. Season with nutmeg and cinnamon, and blend briefly again. Pour the plum-pear smoothie into glasses and serve. Enjoy your meal!
