🥤 Plum-Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
- Plums 300 g
- Pears 2 pcs
- Sunflower seeds 30 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Apple juice 300 ml
- Nutmeg, ground pinch
- Cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the stones. Wash the pears, peel them, quarter them, and remove the core and stem.
- 2. In the blender, puree the plums with the pears and sunflower seeds for 30 seconds on speed 8.
- 3. Add the honey and apple juice, and blend everything for 1 minute on speed 10. Season with nutmeg and cinnamon, and blend briefly again. Pour the plum-pear smoothie into glasses and serve.
