  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  8. 8. Place the peach pieces in a tall container.
  9. 9. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  10. 10. Add 2 mint leaves.
  11. 11. Add powdered sugar.
  12. 12. Add vanilla sugar.
  13. 13. Puree everything into a fine mixture.
  14. 14. Pour the peach puree into a shallow dish.
  15. 15. Place the dish in the freezer.
  16. 16. Wait until the mixture starts to freeze.
  17. 17. Stir the mixture with a fork.
