🍰 Peach Sorbet with Watermelon

Ingredients
- Peaches 750 g
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Icing sugar 4 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
- Watermelon 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the peaches.
- 2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 3. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 4. Dry the mint.
- 5. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 6. Halve the lemon.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Place the peach pieces in a tall container.
- 9. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 10. Add 2 mint leaves.
- 11. Add powdered sugar.
- 12. Add vanilla sugar.
- 13. Puree everything into a fine mixture.
- 14. Pour the peach puree into a shallow dish.
- 15. Place the dish in the freezer.
- 16. Wait until the mixture starts to freeze.
- 17. Stir the mixture with a fork.
- 18. Break up the forming ice crystals.
- 19. Repeat the stirring several times.
- 20. Stop when the sorbet is completely frozen.
- 21. Cut the watermelon flesh into cubes.
- 22. Spoon the sorbet into small bowls.
- 23. Garnish the sorbet with the melon cubes.
- 24. Garnish the sorbet with the remaining mint.
