🍰 Peach Tartlets with Crème fraîche

Ingredients
- Peaches 4 pcs.
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- mint, fresh 5 g
- puff pastry 1 pcs.
- crème fraîche 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the peaches in half.
- 4. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
- 5. Cut the peach halves into thin wedges.
- 6. Place the peach wedges into a bowl.
- 7. Sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar over the peaches.
- 8. Gently mix the peaches and sugar together.
- 9. Wash the mint leaves.
- 10. Dry the mint leaves thoroughly.
- 11. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 12. Roll out the puff pastry flat.
- 13. Cut the dough into eight equal squares.
- 14. Place the peach wedges onto the dough squares.
- 15. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 16. Place the topped dough pieces onto the tray.
- 17. Bake the tartlets in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 18. Mix the crème fraîche in a separate bowl.
- 19. Add sugar to the crème fraîche to taste.
- 20. Carefully remove the baked tartlets from the oven.
- 21. Sprinkle the hot tartlets with the mint leaves.
- 22. Serve the sweet crème fraîche on the side.
