  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Beat three eggs and 180 grams of sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk for about three minutes until creamy.
  3. 3. Sift flour and baking powder into the egg mixture little by little.
  4. 4. Stir in oil and the lemonade until the batter is smooth.
  5. 5. Spread the batter evenly onto a greased baking sheet or in a shallow loaf pan.
  6. 6. Bake the base in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Let the cake base cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. 8. Drain the peaches from the can into a sieve.
  9. 9. Slice the peaches into thin pieces.
  10. 10. Whip cream with vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of sugar in a tall container until stiff.
  11. 11. Gently fold the whipped cream into sour cream in a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Gently fold the peach slices into the cream mixture.
  13. 13. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the cooled cake base.
  14. 14. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  15. 15. Mix one tablespoon of sugar with cinnamon in a small dish.
  16. 16. Dust the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the cake before serving.
