  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place the oat cookies into a freezer bag.
  4. 4. Crush the cookies roughly using a rolling pin or the bottom of a pan.
  5. 5. Put the crumbled cookies into a bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the cookies with the melted butter.
  7. 7. Line a 26-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  8. 8. Spread the cookie mixture evenly in the pan.
  9. 9. Press the crust down firmly with a spoon.
  10. 10. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  11. 11. Whisk together peach yogurt, natural yogurt, cream, sugar, and eggs in a separate bowl.
  12. 12. Stir the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
  13. 13. Remove the springform with the crust from the oven.
  14. 14. Let the pan cool for about 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  16. 16. Pour the yogurt cream over the cooled cookie base.
  17. 17. Bake the cake for about 30 to 40 minutes.

  19. 19. Turn off the oven and let the cake rest inside for another 10 minutes.
