  1. 1. Place the peaches in a sieve and let them drain. Warm the juice in a pot over low heat for about 2 minutes. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and sort them if necessary. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  2. 2. Fill a cocktail glass with the peaches and pour the warm juice over them. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and garnish with fresh mint and a waffle. Enjoy your meal!
