🥤 Homemade Peach Liqueur

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- peaches from the can 800 g
- white rum 300 ml
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon and measure out 30 milliliters of juice.
- 2. Add the peaches, their juice, and the lemon juice to the mixing container.
- 3. Chop the mixture for 6 seconds on speed 8.
- 4. Cook the mixture for 50 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 5. Puree the warm mixture for 20 seconds on speed 10.
- 6. Add the rum and mix it for 10 seconds on speed 2.
- 7. Fill the liqueur into two bottles with a capacity of 500 milliliters each.
- 8. Seal the bottles and let the liqueur cool down.
