🍰 Peach Jam with Cranberries

Ingredients
- Peaches 1 kg
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Jam sugar 500 g
- Cranberries, dried 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the peaches in a bowl.
- 2. Pour boiling water over them.
- 3. Let them sit briefly.
- 4. Drain the water.
- 5. Peel the fruits.
- 6. Halve the peaches.
- 7. Remove the pits.
- 8. Dice the flesh.
- 9. Halve a lemon.
- 10. Squeeze out the juice.
- 11. Put the peaches in a pot.
- 12. Add the lemon juice.
- 13. Add the gelling sugar.
- 14. Add the cranberries.
- 15. Mix everything well.
- 16. Let the mixture sit for about 1 hour.
- 17. Bring the fruit mixture to a boil.
- 18. Stir occasionally.
- 19. Let the mixture simmer lightly for about 4 minutes.
- 20. Stir continuously while doing so.
- 21. Take one teaspoon of jam.
- 22. Dab it onto a cold plate.
- 23. Wait about 1 minute.
- 24. Check if the jam firms up.
- 25. If it is firm, proceed.
- 26. Extend the cooking time by 1–2 minutes if necessary.
- 27. Repeat the gelling test.
- 28. Carefully remove the formed foam with a spoon.
- 29. Fill the hot jam into clean jars.
- 30. Seal the jars.
- 31. Place the jars upside down on the lid.
- 32. Let them cool.
