  5. 5. Peel the fruits.
  6. 6. Halve the peaches.
  7. 7. Remove the pits.
  8. 8. Dice the flesh.
  9. 9. Halve a lemon.
  10. 10. Squeeze out the juice.
  11. 11. Put the peaches in a pot.
  12. 12. Add the lemon juice.
  13. 13. Add the gelling sugar.
  14. 14. Add the cranberries.
  15. 15. Mix everything well.
  16. 16. Let the mixture sit for about 1 hour.
  17. 17. Bring the fruit mixture to a boil.
  18. 18. Stir occasionally.
  19. 19. Let the mixture simmer lightly for about 4 minutes.
  20. 20. Stir continuously while doing so.
  21. 21. Take one teaspoon of jam.
  22. 22. Dab it onto a cold plate.
  23. 23. Wait about 1 minute.
  24. 24. Check if the jam firms up.
  25. 25. If it is firm, proceed.
  26. 26. Extend the cooking time by 1–2 minutes if necessary.
  27. 27. Repeat the gelling test.
  28. 28. Carefully remove the formed foam with a spoon.
  29. 29. Fill the hot jam into clean jars.
  30. 30. Seal the jars.
  31. 31. Place the jars upside down on the lid.
  32. 32. Let them cool.
